Find the fixtures needing attention
- Use the fixture totals and filters in club admin to review To book, Booked, Awaiting result, Disputed result and Played.
- Open the result details for the correct fixture and check the pairings, submitted score and any dispute note.
- Ask the captains for clarification where needed before deciding the official result.
Resolve or correct a result
- Use the dispute resolution or official-result tools for the selected fixture.
- Enter and check both scores and the winning pairing before saving. This changes the official result and standings.
- If an already-confirmed result needs further investigation, use the available reopen control or contact Rallora support. Check the public table after any correction.
