What counts as a match
- Players book through Playtomic as usual using the correct player profiles.
- Rallora checks available booking data against league fixtures. A full automatic match requires all four fixture players to match.
- A partial or possible match, such as three of four players, can appear as Booking pending for the club to review. It is not a fully confirmed match.
If a booking is missing
- Check the club connection and sync information under Integrations.
- Confirm the correct venue and all four player profiles are on the booking, and check the players’ Playtomic emails in Rallora.
- If it still does not match, record the agreed booking manually and ask the organiser to investigate. Do not rely on a partial booking match as proof that the fixture is arranged.
After the match
- A completed booking can indicate that a fixture is awaiting its result.
- Either player submits the score in Rallora and either opposing player confirms or disputes it.
- Only the official result updates the league standings. Booking status alone does not award points.
