Submit the score
- After the match, open the correct fixture in the Match centre.
- Enter both pairings’ scores in the format shown, select the winning pairing and check the player names.
- Submit and confirm the prompt. Both opposing players are then asked to check the result.
Confirm or dispute
- Either opposing player opens the result awaiting review and checks the submitted score.
- Confirm it if correct. One opposing player’s confirmation makes the result official and updates the standings. Your own teammate cannot confirm your submission, and nobody needs to confirm twice.
- If it is wrong, choose the dispute action and add a clear note explaining the issue. The club organiser reviews it.
Understand the result status
- Awaiting confirmation means either opposing player still needs to review the submitted result.
- With organiser or Disputed result means the club needs to resolve it. Do not create another fixture or submit a duplicate entry.
- If an official result needs correcting, contact the organiser so they can review the score and use the official-result tools.
